SLAYBORCON Orlando 2025 will be held at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area. We will have a room block at the hotel with a preferential price of $175 per night. The rate is valid for up to three days before and after the event if you would like to extend your stay.

There are also several other hotel options in the area.

The itinerary will be announced prior to the event. You can expect education, seminars, and speakers regarding beauty, skincare, makeup, business, and other topics concerning a mature lifestyle and community. There will be bonding activities and games on Friday night as well as music and entertainment after dinner on Saturday night.

We expect this to be the case with the majority of people who attend and the conference will be focused around engaging with other community members. Don't worry if you don't know anybody because we are all similarly situated!

We will also be putting together a Facebook group only for those attending the event. So, you can get to know people beforehand if you would like! Stay tuned for the link.

Yes! There will hors d'oeuvres on Friday night, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and lunch on Sunday.

The hotel is about a 20-25 minute drive from Orlando International Airport at moderate traffic. Please feel free to use the SLAYborhood Discord or Facebook channels to coordinate and share transportation costs.

We expect check-in to start on Friday, March 28th at 5:30pm and the event will end on Sunday, March 30th at 3pm. A full agenda and details will be provided closer to the event date, but you can find the general weekend events above.

While there is no strict dress code for the event, we did put together some fun themes! We’ve included some guidance below for those who requested! Overall, we recommend sticking to business casual outfits.

Friday Night Social Hour – Comfy, Cute, & Cocktails🍸!

• Many will be traveling today, so feel free to wear whatever makes you feel the most comfortable! Many will be wearing jeans and a top, others will be wearing dresses – as long as you feel beautiful, that’s the dress code!

Saturday Night Dinner & Dancing - ✨Glitter & Glow ✨!

• There is a theme for Saturday night – ✨Glitter & Glow ✨! I’ve attached our inspiration board as requested by a few community members, but the most important thing is that you all feel comfortable and confident as you’re dancing the night away!

WiFi is included in your hotel room price, but there is a fee to park at the hotel.

No. We worked tirelessly to ensure this event is as affordable as possible for everyone. We found that the price of breakfast through the hotel would cause too much of an increase to the ticket price (upwards of $100 per day!). So, we think it is more cost effective for you to purchase a breakfast item at the on-site grab & go store (Mainstreet Market) or other convenience store. It’s open daily from 6am-1am.

The Thursday plans are completely optional and not an official part of the SLAYBORCON 2025 itinerary.

On Thursday, March 27th, some people are meeting in EPCOT at the Mexico pavilion around 5pm. They are taking the 4:30 shuttle from the hotel to get there. Plans from there are very fluid - people can break off and do their own thing, continue drinking around the world, etc. Alternatively, there is a group of people going to dinner at Disney Springs at 8:30pm - contact Dawn DeGrazia on Facebook to be added to this reservation.

A few members of the community are hosting a room crawl following the Friday night social hour. Everyone is invited to join the room crawl, and participation is completely optional as this is not an official SLAYBORHOOD event.

Sign-ups to make your room a part of the room crawl will be at the social hour check-in area. Once we have all the rooms, we will have a QR code everyone can scan with a list of rooms participating in the room crawl.

Please note room numbers will be distributed via a private webpage to conference goers. Please do not sign up as a stop on the room crawl if you do not feel comfortable with people knowing your room number.
